    Sessions include vocal sounding, guided awareness, conscious listening, and intuitive reflection, supported with crystal singing bowls. The intention is to create a safe, supportive space where your nervous system can calm and deeper awareness, release, and expression can naturally emerge.

  • Not at all. It’s about expression, presence, embodiment, and reconnecting with your authentic voice in whatever way feels natural for you.

  • Emotional release is a natural part of this work for many people. There is no expectation to process or express anything in a particular way. The space is held with intuitively with respect, allowing whatever arises to move at its own pace.

  • Very often, yes. Many people drawn to this work are highly sensitive, intuitive, empathic, or already engaged in healing or spiritual practices. These sessions can offer a grounding and supportive space to reconnect with your own inner knowing and expression more deeply.

  • You absolutely do not need to be comfortable using your voice to begin. Many people come to this work feeling blocked, hesitant, self-conscious, or unsure how to express themselves. We move at a pace that feels supportive for your nervous system and comfort level.

    Sometimes the work begins simply through listening, breathing, awareness, or very small sounds like humming, sighing, or toning. Your voice is welcome exactly as it is.

  • You don’t need to prepare anything special. If possible, allow yourself a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax and be uninterrupted. Some people also find it supportive to give themselves a little space afterward for reflection or integration.

Meet Ruth Ratliff

I’m a vibrational sound therapist, teacher, and author with over 20 years of experience supporting people through sound, voice, and presence-based work.

Again and again, I’ve witnessed how much we carry silently within the body and voice—and how transformative it can be to have a space where what has been unspoken is finally allowed to move and be heard.

My role is not to give you answers, but to hold a safe, intuitive space where your own clarity, expression, and inner knowing can begin to emerge.
