Embodied Sound & Voice Guide
Helping people return to the quiet truth within—through sound, voice and the intelligence of their body
When I began stepping into this work, I realized my life had been preparing me for it long before I ever recognized it as a path.
I grew up in a home filled with music - singing in churches, blending my voice with choirs, learning how sound can hold emotion, prayer, memory, and healing. Music was a genuine gift from my family, but even so, there was an emotional volatility underneath it all. It didn’t always feel safe to speak or take up space, and this environment taught me to listen closely, to stay hyper-attuned, to read the subtleties of tone and mood. Singing became my home base — the place where I could stay connected to myself when everything else felt overwhelming. Later, when I lost my entire family in a series of tragic circumstances, music and singing were the medicine that helped me move through trauma, grief, and the disorientation that follows profound loss.
Over the decades, my work has evolved at the meeting point of science, spirit, and lived experience. I trained as a professional vocalist, spent over 40 years in the world of voice and performance, and taught as a holistic voice teacher for more than 20 years. Eventually, my lifelong fascination with sound and vibration became a deeper calling: to help people reconnect with the intelligence of their own inner voice.
What I discovered, not from theory, but from my own body - is that sound, voice, and vibration offer the nervous system a safe landing place. My voice became a way to move emotion, dissolve old patterns, and come home to myself. A way to return to presence. A way to remember who I was beneath the chaos.
Today my work blends sound therapy, vocal attunement, somatic practices, and heart-centered presence. I help people return to the quiet truth within - through the intelligence of their own embodied voice. My approach is trauma-aware, body-led, and rooted in the subtle relationships between sound, the nervous system, emotion, memory, and coherence.
My offerings include private and group sound sessions, experiential workshops, community gatherings, and my online course Healing with Your Wise Magical Voice. Everything I offer is designed to help people feel more at home in themselves - organically, authentically, and at their own pace.
I’m licensed and certified through the Vibrational Sound Association, and also certified in Sound Healing with Voice, Reiki, and Spiritual Coaching. I’m also the author of The Voice of Women’s Wisdom.
I live and practice in Hope, New Jersey — still listening, still learning, a lifelong student of how sound shapes the human spirit, and a devoted explorer of voice, vibration, and presence.
