Restorative Sound & Voice Sessions
Restore Balance • Renew Your Energy • Reconnect with Yourself
A restorative sound and voice experience designed to help release stress, quiet mental overwhelm, and restore inner balance through sound, vibration, and presence
Through singing bowls, vocal sounding, and deep gong resonance you are gently guided into a state of profound relaxation and energetic renewal.
The Restorative Power of Sound & Voice
Sound has been used for centuries to support healing, regulation, meditation, and emotional well-being across many cultures and traditions.
Today, therapeutic sound experiences can help calm the nervous system, quiet mental overwhelm, release tension held in the body, and guide the mind into a deeply restorative state.
Many people leave the sessions feeling more calm, clear and connected to their ground of being.
At its heart, this work offers something many of us rarely experience - a space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and restore inner balance.
Investment: $240

Important Considerations Before Your Session
Sound therapy is generally experienced as gentle and deeply relaxing. However, because sound and vibration can affect the nervous system and body in different ways, this work may not be appropriate for everyone.
Please consult with your healthcare provider before booking if you:
have a history of seizures or epilepsy
are pregnant
have a pacemaker or serious heart condition
experience severe sound sensitivity or auditory conditions
If you have questions about whether this experience is supportive for your unique situation, you’re welcome to reach out before scheduling.
Why Work With a Certified & Licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist?
Sound and vibration can deeply affect the nervous system and body, which is why proper training, ethics, and experience matter.
As a certified and licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist, I have completed professional training in the therapeutic application of sound and continue to uphold ongoing education, professional standards, and safe practice guidelines.
My intention is to provide a grounded, supportive, and restorative experience where clients feel safe, respected, and deeply cared for throughout the session process.
Meet Ruth Ratliff:
I’m a sound and voice practitioner, teacher, and author with over 30 years of experience supporting people through sound, voice, and presence-based work.
Again and again, I’ve witnessed how much we quietly carry within the body and voice — and how transformative it can be to feel supported, heard, and deeply present with ourselves.
My work is not about fixing you. It’s about creating a grounded, supportive environment where your nervous system can regulate, your body can unwind, and your own clarity and inner healing can begin.
