What I’m guiding you toward in this Circle isn’t a new skill or a special ability.

It’s the recognition of something that has been speaking inside you all along - in every moment when your body knew before your mind could catch up.

Intuition doesn’t shout. It shifts. It softens, tightens, expands, contracts, nudges. It speaks through sensation, through the subtle movements of breath and awareness.

In our time together, we’ll slow the world down enough for you to feel that inner signal again — the one that’s been trying to reach you, quietly, patiently, with an honesty you can trust.

You’re not coming here to learn intuition. You’re coming to remember it.

In our next Sound & Self-Care Circle, we’ll explore how voice, vibration, and gentle somatic practices can help us tune in more deeply—to the body’s wisdom, to subtle sensations, and to the quiet knowing within.

Ruth Ratliff is a licensed, certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, and holds Certifications in Sound Healing with Voice, Shoden Reiki and Spiritual Coaching. Ruth has been a singer, performer and workshop leader for many years and a holistic voice teacher for the past 20 years. Her book "The Voice of Women's Wisdom" can be found on amazon.
