🌿 The Sound & Self-Care Circle
Theme: Balancing the Nervous System – Simple Sound Practices for Overwhelm & Anxiety
The first Sound & Self-Care Circle was a heartfelt success—participants described it as calming, helpful, and even profound. It offered a soft place to land in the midst of life’s noise and intensity.
This next gathering will center around balancing the nervous system using gentle, accessible sound practices designed to soothe anxiety and support inner calm.
Come as you are and sink into a cozy, nourishing space to reconnect with your voice, your body, and your breath.
We’ll explore somatic self-care practices, breathwork, and vocal techniques that calm the system and gently bring you back to center. You’ll also receive a short sound bath, and we may close with a simple group hum or chant to bring the energy into harmony.
We’ll take time to talk, too—sharing challenges, insights, and inspiration around self-care, stress, and staying grounded in a noisy world.
No singing or sound experience needed—just a willingness to explore and be present.
Come cozy. Come curious. Come ready to breathe a little deeper and feel a little more like you.
Note: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in comfortably.
