Come Home to Your Voice: A sound healing experience for self-care and embodied expression - Virtual

Many of us think of healing as something we receive from outside ourselves, yet one of our most immediate and accessible resources is already within us - our voice. But when we are overwhelmed, this innate medicine can become quieted or shut down.

As women, we often carry stress and suppressed emotions in our bodies. We swallow our truths, hold back our feelings, and move through life from a place of chronic pressure and physical tension. Over time, this can show up in our voice and our body as fatigue, disconnection, loss of clarity, or the feeling that we’ve lost our spark.

This isn't your fault - it is our body's way of protecting itself. Your voice hasn't disappeared; it is simply waiting for you to feel safe enough to share it.

In this experiential virtual presentation, Ruth Ratliff will create a safe space to guide participants back into a deeper connection with their body, presence, and voice.

Participants will explore:

  • Healing sound and conscious listening to quiet mental chatter and stress.

  • Somatic movement to help release tension and energetic blocks.

  • Easy sounding practices to actively support and calm the nervous system.

  • A felt sense of safety that invites a shift into greater inner connection and presence.

This session is not about singing or sounding “good.” It is a judgment-free invitation to release what you’ve been holding and experience your voice as a living tool for self-care, authentic expression, and embodied healing.
