Love Your Body with 6 Healing Sounds

In this video, I guide you to send love and gratitude to each organ, clearing congestion, using the 6 Healing Breath Sounds of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I also encourage you to use your voice organically to further open up the flow of energy or qi in your organs which affects the energy flow in your entire body.

It may surprise you that emotions are not the product of your brain, but are expressed, experienced and stored in your body. Some emotions, such as painful, traumatic memories can cause constrictions in the body, especially if they are suppressed or the healing is interrupted. These emotional constrictions can be triggered through a stimulus. I believe our voice can be that stimulus.

It’s amazing to think of our organs, tissues and glands as storage places for emotional memory. Dr. Candace Pert, Who was a significant contributor to the emergence of Mind-Body Medicine stated that “your body is your subconscious mind” and that our physical body can be changed by the emotions we experience.”

The 6 Healing Sounds is a breathing technique devised by the ancient Chinese to improve health and promote healing and longevity. Find a private space where you will not be disturbed for the next 20 minutes or so. This practice is like a meditation, so it may be very relaxing for you.
