Female Brain, Gone Insane

I found this amazing book after much frustration with three doctors I visited for my menopause symptoms. As an OB/GYN nurse practioner, Mia Lundin has a more comprehensive, holistic approach on how to handle the potentially debilitating symptoms some of us have in this time of life. Guaranteed your girlfriends are experiencing some of the same things, but no one really talks about it - we all think we just have to live with it. Did your mother tell you about this? Mine didn't! Why, what's the big secret? If this is a "natural" transition, why is there so much shame and silence surrounding it? Time to come out of the closet and educate all women on all stages of our lives!
