Magnesium, the Magnificent Mineral

What would I do without magnesium! Since I have been supplementing with magnesium, I have noticed my aches and pains have lessened, and I have felt more calm. I take a natural sleep aid with magnesium and melatonin that works like a charm. Also, I just throw a few handfuls of epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) into a weekly bath and soak away! Magnesium is very well absorbed through the skin, so this works great when I have been pulling too many weeds in my garden - and speaking of gardens, It makes a great soil amendment for plants!
